Wool are brought from Tibet, across the high Himalayan with deep blue sky without any pollution of modern industrializations. Tibetan sheep grazed in high altitude is considered as the best in the world with high lustrous, good strength and long hair and rich and lanolin which make the boutique modern bespoke rugs or traditional rugs for your living room or bedroom rugs a luxurious. 

The wool is the beginning but most important part of the process in making our rugs. Skilled people are engaged in the process of cleaning of wool, carding, spinning yarns, color dyes, weaving, trimming, Stretching and washing finished modern boutique rugs. Some of our weavers works from their own home while taking care of  their children and cattle doing home works.

Tibetan refugees started weaving rugs in Nepal. They are the pioneer in commercializing of production of rugs in Nepal.

We are very proud to preserve the thousands of years old wonderful skills of human civilizations while considering the environment. 

Our manufacturing partner ‘Decorative Rugs’ of Kathmandu is a member of GoodWeave, which works to ensure that there is no child labor used in the process. We are associated with GoodWeave’s endeavor to make the carpets factories in the world child labor free. It also provides an education for children of weavers who otherwise might not have the opportunity to go to school.
